Y Schools Queensland offers a range of Suites for students to enroll into. The students’ age, interests and goals are considered when selecting the best suite for them.

Each Suite includes a range of courses aligned to the Australian Curriculum Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA) and the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA).

Junior

Middle School Suite

Our Middle School suite is offered to students who are in years 7, 8, and 9.
ACARA courses are all aligned to Australian Curriculum Achievement Standards.

Foundation Skills Suite

Our Foundation Skills suite is offered to all students who are in year 10, as well as students who are in year 11 and 12.
ACARA courses are all aligned to Australian Curriculum Achievement Standards. Students in this suite select one of two ACARA electives.

Foundation Vocation Suite

Our Foundation Vocation suite is offered to students who are in years 11-12. QCAA courses are all aligned to QCAA Syllabi.
Students in this suite are supported to spend a day completing VET courses, work experiences, or work each week.

Senior 3

Essential Skills Suite

Our Essential Skills suite is offered to students who are in years 11-12. QCAA courses are all aligned to QCAA Syllabi.
