WATCH OUR SNEAK PEAK AND SEE WHAT MAKES A Y SCHOOLS QUEENSLAND CAMPUS UNIQUE

At Y Schools Queensland Ipswich Junior, our vibrant and welcoming atmosphere fosters a supportive, engaging, and safe learning environment for all students. We pride ourselves on creating a space where every student feels valued and encouraged to grow, both academically and personally.

Our campus, located at the Bundamba TAFE, may have limited space, but we’ve crafted dynamic, student-focused areas that support learners of all abilities. Our facilities are designed to engage students and provide a conducive environment for holistic development, where practical learning meets personal growth.

Our programs reflect a holistic approach to education, focusing on the development of the body, mind, and spirit. Through vocational training, enrichment opportunities, and wellbeing initiatives, our students gain valuable life skills alongside their academic achievements.

Programs such as Barista Courses, Barbering, Beauty, and Careers offer hands-on experience, while initiatives like our Y Breakfast Program ensure that students’ physical and emotional needs are met, preparing them for future success.

We actively involve families through parent/carer information sessions and community BBQs to strengthen the school-community bond. Our partnerships with Wounded Heroes, Ipswich Chamber of Commerce, and local multicultural groups enrich our students’ experiences and provide them with opportunities to positively impact their community.

Y Schools Queensland Ipswich Junior is making a mark. We’ve been recognized for our efforts, with our Teacher in Charge being nominated for the prestigious TEACHX Award, and the school itself being nominated for the Ipswich Chamber of Commerce Business Award in Education and Training.
